Episode 126: Vision + Strategy = Breakthrough Success

 

This week, we’re revisiting why you need a strategic vision for your business. In this episode that originally aired nearly a year ago, I explain why vision boards and vision statements are not enough to achieve visionary goals. I also explain why I support the idea of formulating a ‘big, bold, three-year vision’ as a foundation for your business.

Later in the episode, I reveal my proprietary ‘Magical Strategic Vision Process,’ which starts with identifying one’s core desired feeling and proceeds with setting priorities and determining actions to take in various areas of the business. Then finally, I invite you to join me in an upcoming strategic vision workshop!
