In January 2013, Prosper for Purpose launched with a single conviction: purpose is the foundation of lasting success.
After more than two decades alternately leading corporate communications and nonprofit marketing, our founder (that’s me) decided to explore a way to bring the mission of a nonprofit into a business, resulting in a company that could do well by doing good (a.k.a. to prosper for purpose).
Ultimately, I blended my experience, my philosophy, and a whole lot of heart into a new kind of agency. One that helps visionary leaders transform their brand from overlooked to unforgettable.

I run on solar power and caffeine. Books are my love language. And if you ask my dogs Maddie and Jovie, I’m a professional snuggler with a marketing side hustle.
I built my career helping organizations tell powerful stories—crafting messaging for brands like Jeep, Nabisco, and the American Cancer Society to amplify their reach and influence.
But I didn’t just want to shape big brands—I wanted to empower impact-driven leaders to harness their message, build their authority, and create movements that matter.
So I traded in conventional success for meaningful impact.

I’ve been part of Team Prosper since its founding! I develop and implement comprehensive marketing and public relations programs with a focus on online engagement, social media outreach, and campaigns. I have more than 20 years of experience developing and managing B2B and consumer marketing and PR programs in a variety of sectors, including education, health, and consumer products. I have worked in both corporate and agency arenas, specializing in everything from media planning, corporate communications, and writing to CSR development, special events, and social media coordination.
I earned a BSBA degree with a major in marketing from The Ohio State University. I’m a co-founder and past vice president of public relations of the Young Buckeyes of Greater Cleveland. She and her family of sports fanatics enjoy rooting for their beloved Buckeyes.
I collaborate with Team Prosper to design impactful brand materials that help clients communicate with clarity and confidence. I bring more than 20 years of experience developing creative solutions that strengthen identity, engagement, and recognition across print and digital platforms. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from health organizations and nonprofits to professional services and consumer brands—delivering thoughtful design that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
I earned a BS in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and am the founder of KCB Designs, a Cleveland-based studio serving clients nationwide. When I’m not designing, I enjoy spending time with my two boys, exploring our MetroParks, and finding inspiration in all things creative.
